Hi, I'm Paul — owner of Rhino Scoop and a proud former Texas State Trooper. My time with the Department of Public Safety shaped the way I do everything: with discipline, clarity, and pride in doing the job right the first time. That same mindset is at the heart of Rhino Scoop.

At Rhino Scoop, our passion for animals drives everything we do. After adopting Luna, a shy Poodle from a shelter who seemed like she had almost given up, we watched her blossom into a joyful, playful dog with time, love, and care.
Her transformation reminded us of the countless dogs in shelters who deserve a chance to thrive. While we can't care for them all, we can make a difference for pets and their families by creating safe, clean spaces where they can grow and connect.
